What We Do

An initial assessment is made to determine whether your computer requires an upgrade or repairing.
The work will either be carried out on-site or in our workshop and will be delivered back at a time suited to you.
To eliminate the risk of losing your data, we backup all your data before carrying out any work.
As an added benefit we install free programs which help protect your computer from viruses and spyware. The software includes a free anti-virus program, a free anti-spyware program and a free firewall.

Quite often, our customers are mistaken for thinking that their computer is in need of either more memory, a faster processor or a general all round upgrade.

What leads them to this conclusion are problems which exhibit poor computer performance but in fact often stem from either malfunctioning components or an infected operating system and has nothing to do with ageing hardware.

Whilst encountering upgrade requests on a daily basis and bearing in mind that the cost of an upgrade can exceed the cost of repair, determining the best course of action has become second nature.
