Laptops are great for carrying around and ideal if desk space is an issue.
With respect to hardware repair and upgrades, laptops are not like desktop computers. They require specialist expertise. To be able to provide a service to our ever growing laptop customer base, we have joined forces with an well-established company who deal exclusively with laptop repairs and upgrades.
How does it work?
There are three stages:
1. Collection
Once details of the problem have been noted the customer is required to deliver the laptop to Minnis Micros in readiness for shipping. At this point a non-refundable payment of £20 is needed to cover shipping costs.
2. Completing the work
Qualified technicians carry out an assessment to establish the required work. Details of the work along with a quote are relayed to the customer. Work will only commence when the quote has been accepted. If the customer rejects the quote, the laptop is returned.
3. Returned
Once the work has been completed and the laptop has been shipped back, a collection time is arranged and the outstanding bill is settled.
